Registration Steps
Apply online, and someone will contact you to follow up. Note: There will be a $22 charge for new families and an $11 charge for returning families that will be paid when registering.
All parents need to complete a Virtus training course and have a background check. The online training course provides information about identifying child abuse and protecting your child from abuse and takes about an hour. For information on how to register, see the directions below.
Schedule a tour of the school, meet the teachers, and meet with the principal and pastor.
Schedule testing for children in grades 1-2; transfer records from other schools; Kindergarten students need to transfer kindergarten testing records if applicable.
Register your child(ren) on FACTS once approved. Note: If you do not have the capability to scan and upload the required documents, you may bring them to the school office or they may be faxed to (573) 885-3510 attn: School Office.
Sign up for a payment plan and pay the school fee ($300/child). There is a one-time fee for setting up a payment plan.
If applying for financial aid, there is a $40 application fee. Applications are prioritized by financial need.
